  • Notice for public hearing on the petition(s) filed by UHBVNL and DHBVNL (Discoms) under Section 42 (4) of the Electricity Act 2003 and Regulations 22 of Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and conditions for grant of connectivity and open access for intra-State transmission and distribution system) Regulations, 2012 and amendments thereof for determining the Additional Surcharge for first (1st) half of FY 2026-27 and approval for levying the same on the Open Access consumers till the issuance of the next Order in this regard.
